Administrative civil complaint for penalties against a New Haven, CT home improvement company for TSCA/RRP training, firm certification, lead hazard information, failing to assign a certified renovator and recordkeeping violations. The Complaint alleges multiple violations by Hatillo LLC that were documented by EPA during a work site inspection in 2014 and follow-up investigation. The Complaint seeks up a penalty of $1,290.00. The case is being settled through an Expedited Settlement Agreement ( ESA ).
