This case addresses violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) by Havener Enterprises, Inc. ( Havener ), a farm and garden equipment wholesaler located in Bradley, Illinois. Over a period of two months in 2015 Havener imported 94 uncertified commercial lawnmowers.
As part of the settlement with EPA, Havener paid a $12,700 civil penalty and agreed to bring the lawnmowers into compliance with the CAA.
