Westwood Generation, LLC ( Westwood ) submitted a self-disclosure pursuant to the EPA's revised final Self Disclosure Policy's for violations of Section 313 of EPCRA, and its implementing regulations. The Westwood Facility is located at 490 West Main Street, Tremont, PA 17982. In a letter to EPA dated July 3, 2013, Westwood disclosed that the Facility had failed to timely submit Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms R for Mercury otherwise used at the Facility during the 2009, 2010 and 2011 reporting years, as required by Section 313 of EPCRA.
