This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Tristar Terminals Guam, Inc. (Respondent) concerning violations of Risk Management Program requirements under Section 112(r)(7) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $200,000 to settle the matter.
