This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Aquafine Corporation (Respondent) for violations alleged against Respondent under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( FIFRA ) for failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2014 reporting year by March 1, 2015 for its pesticide production establishment, as required by Section 7(c)(l). Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $4,000 to settle the matter.
