This Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) is entered into by U.S. EPA and the Arvin Community Services District (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements for public drinking water systems. Under the terms of this AOC, Respondent must meet all compliance obligations and milestones, including implementation of measures to meet the Arsenic MCL, required notifications and reporting to EPA.
