This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and the Arvin Community Services District (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act requirements for public drinking water systems. Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $14,750 to settle the matter.
