This is a civil administrative action brought by U.S. EPA under Section 325(c) of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act ( EPCRA ) against National Beef California, L.P., (Respondent), for Respondent's failure to submit timely,complete and correct Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms for calendar years 2010, 2011 and 2012 in violation of Section 313 EPCRA. Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $80,850 to settle the matter.
