On September 30, 2015, U.S. EPA Region 9 initiated an Administrative Proceeding, with the filing of this Determination of Violation, Compliance Order and notice of Right to Request a Hearing (Complaint) with the Regional Hearing Clerk, against Clean Harbors Buttonwillow, L.L.C. (Respondent). This action orders Respondent to Cease all hazardous waste management activities that fail to comply with the requirements of the Hazardous Waste Management Permit issued for these activities by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
