This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and Clean Harbors Buttonwillow, L.L.C. (Respondent) for violations alleged against Respondent under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ( RCRA ) requirements for the treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous waste. Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $50,000 to settle the matter.
