This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and the City of City of San Diego (Respondent) in CA, for violation of the Clean Air Act Section 112(r) requirement to review and update its Risk Management Plan for hazardous air pollutants at the Alvarado Wastewater Treatment Plant. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $5,300 to resolve this matter.
