This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between U.S. EPA and American Vanguard Corporation (Respondent) for violations alleged against Respondent under the Toxic Substances Control Act ( TSCA ) for failure to report TSCA listed chemicals at the facility as required. Respondent agreed to pay an administrative civil penalty of $81,855 to settle the matter.
