This is an Administrative Complaint by U.S. EPA seeking a civil penalty for violations of the Clean Air Act regulations for motor engines by respondents EASY VEHICLE, TITAN IMPORTS, and ZHEJIANG EASY VEHICLE (Respondent). To date, Respondent has not filed an answer to the Complaint. Pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Section 22.14(d), Complainant hereby withdraws the Complaint without prejudice.
