This Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) resolves the injunctive relief related to the allegations that the Respondent discharged dredged and fill material from point sources into streams and wetlands in Poland, Ohio, without a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers pursuant to Section 404 of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. ? 1344.
