AO issued to Respondent for violations of SDWA Drinking Water Regulations including failing to consult with the EPA and failing to complete corrective action to correct a significant deficiency, failing to monitor for disinfection byproducts (TTHM & HAA5), failing to monitor for total coliform bacteria, late reporting of total coliform bacteria results, failing to notify the public of certain violations and failing to report certain violations to the EPA.
