On November 10, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order against Moyle Mink and Tannery, Inc. in Heyburn, Idaho, resolving violations of the Clean Water Act pretreatment regulations. Respondent, which operates a tannery, exceeded the pH limit on numerous occasions. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $28,000.
