On December 17, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by Camas County Road & Bridge. Respondent, which maintains and constructs roads, discharged pollutants to waters of the U.S. without coverage under EPA's Stormwater Construction General Permit. Camas County agreed to pay a penalty of $9,000.
