On January 22, 2016, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with Kali, LLC., the owner and operator of underground storage tanks in Bothell, Washington to address an underground storage tank rule violation at its facility. The company provided a copy of the tank leak test for each of the two tanks and agreed to pay a $3,400 penalty.
