EPA Region 1 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order that both initiated and resolved EPA's claims for a civil penalty against Nutrico, Inc. regarding alleged violations of Section 7(c)(1) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, as amended, (?FIFRA?), 7 U.S.C. 136e(c)(1) for failing to submit timely annual pesticide reports for its 92 Howard Avenue, Bridgeport, CT facility for calendar years 2012 and 2014.
