Region 2, has made a finding that the City is in violation for its failure to comply with and meet the compliance schedule required under the Administrative Order, CWA-02-2013-3025, issued on March 8, 2013, pursuant to Sections 309 and 308 of the CWA. This Order is being issued to require the City to Show Cause.
