An Administrative Order (Order) was issued to Mackay Investments, LLC, as owner and/or operator of the Jackson Hole Campground Public Water System, located in Teton County, Wyoming, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include failure to consult with the EPA on corrections for significant deficiencies identified at the System, failure to correct significant deficiencies identified at the System, failure to provide notice to the public and failure to notify the EPA of certain violations.
