On March 28, 2016, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement to resolve Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at Portland General Electric Facility in Clatskanie, Oregon that occurred in July, 2015. The facility was unable to produce inspection records, did not have an adequate tanks integrity program in place, and had uncontrolled drainage issues at the time of inspection. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,025 and correct the violations within 60 days.
