On March 28, 2016, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement to resolve Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at Pacific Coast Seafood Facility in Warrenton, Oregon that occurred in July, 2015. The facility did not have an SPCC plan and was unable to produce inspection and training records at the time of inspection. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,925 and correct the violations within 60 days.
