Superior COS Machining & Fabrication Division was issued a Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order for violation to EPCRA 313 for violations of failure to file required Form R in a timely manner as stated in Section 313 (a) of EPCRA, 42 U.S.C. and 11023(a) and 40 C.F.R. and 372.30 . Penalty issued.
