Respondent failed to timely submit s completed emergency and hazardous chemical inventory form - Tier II - for calendar years 2011 and 2012 as required by Section 312 of EPCRA. Respondent was required to submit its Tier II form for calendar years 2011 and 2012 on or before March 1, 2012 and March 1, 2013. A settlement was reached and the penalty of $2,000.00 was agreed to.
