Importer of record (Riceco) attempted to import a pesticide Propanil Technical with a composition that differed from that associated with the product registration's Confidential Statement of Formula required to be maintained with EPA. EPA requested U.S. Customs and Border Protection deny entry/refuse delivery of the import shipment at the port. The importer of record agreed to return the violative shipment to the country of origin.
