On 12/08/2015, EPA issued a Unilateral Administrative Order to Buckhorn, Inc. to perform response actions at the New Idria Mercury Mine Superfund Site near Idria, California prior to anticipated El Nino rains, to ensure the integrity of systems put in place in 2011.
