This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and CALSPEC Enterprises, Inc, (Respondent) of Newport Beach, CA, for alleged violations of the Toxics Substances Control Act regulations for lead-based paints. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $21,210 to resolve the matter.
