Respondent performed renovations of target housing without being certified by EPA under 40 CFR Section 745.89. EPA and Respondent agreed to enter into an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order for this violation. Respondent paid a penalty in the amount of $200 and certified that it is complying with Section 402 of TCSA and its implementing regulations under 40 CFR Part 745.
