On March 8, 2016, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Superior Electrical Contractors Inc. (d.b.a. Superior Custom Homes and Renovations) located in Boise, Idaho for violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. Respondent failed to follow lead-safe work practices and to become a certified firm or renovator before offering to perform or perform renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $2,646.
