On February 25, 2016, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to Dan Hemmer Construction, Inc. located in Boise, Idaho for violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. Respondent failed to follow lead-safe work practices while performing renovation work on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,456.
