Respondent gained coverage under the NJDEP CGP disturbing at least 10 acres of land at the Lantern Hill construction site located at 535 Mountain Avenue in New Providence, New Jersey, 07974. Respondent failed to install and maintain stormwater BMPs and failed to conduct and document weekly site inspections, as required by the CGP. Discharges are to stormwater catch basins that discharge to a tributary to the Passaic River.
