Pursuant to the authority in section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, EPA ordered WellPlant, Inc and GST International, Inc. to immediately stop the sale, use or removal of any and all Mold Manager products under its ownership, control, or custody, wherever such products are located, except in accordance with the provisions of this Order.
