On December 2, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order was issued to Eagle Analytical Services, Inc. (Eagle) to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from Eagle' hazardous waste activities. The data revealed that on several occasions Eagle generated quantities of waste that triggered the small quantity generator status requirements, and during those periods Eagle did not notify a change in generator status. Eagle shipped hazardous waste without an EPA ID., and did not meet the requirements of a Small Quantity Generator. The Order requires a payment of $133,000.00 and compliance with RCRA regulations, including notification, contingency planning, storage and employee training requirements
