An Administrative Order is being issued to International Property Developers North America, Inc, of Chicago, Illinois, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA). EPA issued a CAA Section 114 Information Request to International Property Developers North America, Inc on November 2, 2015. International Property Developers North America, Inc was required to reply within 14 days after the Request was received. However, no response to the Request has been received to date. Therefore, EPA is ordering International Property Developers North America, Inc to respond to the CAA Section 114 Information Request.
