This is a civil administrative action brought pursuant to Section 14(a)(l) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C.?1361(a)(1), for the assessment of a civil administrative penalty against Clorox Professional Products Company (Respondent), a Delaware corporation with headquarter offices located in Oakland, CA, for the sale and/or distribution of a misbranded pesticide in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(l)(E). Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $250,000 to resolve the matter.
