This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Arlene Beauty Supply International (Respondent) of Tustin, CA, for alleged violations of reporting requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent agrees to pay a civil administrative penalty of $1,360 to settle the matter.
