This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) between US EPA and Puna Geothermal Venture (Respondent) of Hawaii, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act Risk Management Program requirements at the geothermal power plant located at 14-3860 Kapoho Pahoa Road in Pahoa, Hawaii. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $76,500 to resolve the matter.
