Respondent was the general contractor for a home renovation project in Arvada, CO. An EPA jobsite inspection revealed the following RRP work practice violations: (1) Failure to ensure waste from the renovation was contained to prevent releases of dust and debris before waste was removed from the work area, and (2) Failure to ensure the work area was cleaned until no dust, debris or residue remained. Respondent agreed to a penalty of $37,065 to settle the alleged violations.
