EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309(a)(3) of the Act, 33 U.S.C. 1319(a)(3), to The City of Las Vegas WWTP (Respondent) located in the City of Las Vegas, New Mexico. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Total Aluminum NPDES Permit Discharge Limits. The AO requires that Respondent come into compliance with the Total Aluminum effluent limits. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 by thirty days from the effective date of the Order.
