This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against JMC Motors LLC (JMC) of Chandler, Arizona for 12 violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). JMC has paid a civil administrative penalty of $8,800 and has exported the 12 violative vehicles back to China to resolve this action.
