The respondent failed to file Form R reports to the Toxics Release Inventory in a timely manner for multiple chemicals in multiple reporting years. The respondent corrected the violations by filing the reports, and entered into a CAFO with EPA agreeing to pay a penalty and certifying that it is now in compliance with EPCRA.
