This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to resolve an administrative penalty action against Ridgerock Tools, Inc (Respondent) for violations of Title II (mobile source emission standards) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). Respondent has paid a civil administrative penalty of $2,100 and has exported the violative vehicles back to country of origin to resolve this action.
