Azcon Metals violated Illinois SIP regulations prohibiting fugitive dust crossing a property line. At a facility inspection on May 5, 2015, ARD inspectors observed fugitive dust originating from Azcon Metals' facility crossing the property line.
This ACO requires Azcon Metals to comply with a fugitive dust plan that will require the facility to frequently water roads in and around the facility, and addresses the violations set forth in the NOV issued to Azcon Metals on September 2, 2015.
