This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and O3Biologics, LLC (Respondent) for Respondent's alleged failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2014 production year by March 1, 2015 for the Facility located in Pasadena, California. Respondent is required to pay an administrative civil penalty of $880 to settle the matter.
