On April 13, 2016, Region 10 entered into a compliance order on consent with Multistar Industries, Inc., an anhydrous ammonia supply and distribution facility in Othello, Washington. The order requires Respondent to take steps and submit documentation to demonstrate that it has come into compliance with the Risk Management Program rules under 112r of the Clean Air Act.
