Referral from EPA HQ about the Bedroom Guardian device making false and misleading claims. I went to the address provided to conduct an inspection and the address was actually for the Bedroom Guardian registered agent. Legal council for Bedroom Guardian said this product is registered with EPA as a pesticide, but the company advertises the product as a pesticide device which does not require registering with EPA. This product may be an unregistered pesticide.
