EPA filed a Complaint alleging the following violative acts committed by the respondent: offering for sale or distribution (1) an unregistered pesticide (2) two registered pesticides for which claims differed from those connected to the product registration (3) one misbranded registered pesticide and (4) a pesticide for sale in violation of a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order. The Respondent entered into a Final Order with EPA, in which Respondent certified that it corrected the violations and agreed to pay a penalty.
