This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent is entered into voluntarily by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) and the Respondent. This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of removal actions by Respondent including recording deed restrictions on portions of the site where radioactive contamination may be present and the reimbursement of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with the property designated Parcel 2 of the Lindsay Light II Operable Unit 10.
