This agreement provides for performance of removal action by respondent and the payment of certain response costs incurred by the United States at or in connection with an area of impacted groundwater located in a saturated zone at or near the southern boundary of the MHALE Behr Dayton LLC property located at 1600 Webster Street in Dayton, OH.
